Yell County, AK – The Yell County Sheriff’s Office says a home exploded Wednesday after a propane leak.
Crews from the Galla Rock and Dardanelle Fire Department spent two hours putting the flames out.
We are very thankful as you all know not long ago we had a double fatality house fire and it does affect the community very much in this case we are very thankful that the occupants were away from the home at the time,” Lt. Scott Moore said.
The explosion happened at a home on the 13100 block of Country Loop Road.
Officials say no one was home at the time of the explosion.
No injuries were reported.
